Overview

Repair two-way radios, supply and deliver of two-way radio components for uShaka Marine World, including batteries, labour and consumables, with delivery/collection responsibilities. Bidders should be electronics/radio equipment repair specialists, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, with valid tax clearance (PIN/TCS), SARS requirements, and the required MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), plus COIDA good standing and ICASA Dealer Licence. Foreign suppliers may need additional parts and documentation.

Requirements

• Registration on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal in good standing; - Tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) and SARS requirements; - Completion and submission of MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; - Offer on company letterhead; - COIDA good standing; - ICASA Dealer Licence; - If foreign, additional parts/documentation; - If bidding in consortium/joint venture, separate TCS/CSD for each party.

• Submission method: Bids deposited in the Entity’s tender box at Guest Information Centre, 1 King Shaka Avenue, Durban; sealed/enveloped and numbered; public opening.
• Documents to complete/submit: Official forms and MBDs (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) plus bid response on company letterhead; tax and CSD documentation as per requirements.
