RFQ for servicing, maintenance and repairs of the LPG gas leak detection system at Ushaka Marine World for a 12-month term. Bidders should be service providers with LPG/gas-detection maintenance capability and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal; must provide SARS tax clearance PIN and TCS. Foreign bidders must answer Part B:3. Mandatory documents include MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and proof of Coida good standing, plus three reference letters for similar LPG/gas-detection work. The contract covers quarterly servicing (inspection, calibration, testing, and maintenance) plus repairs and emergency breakdown support across specified Ushaka locations, with a minimum public liability cover of R500,000.
