Design and construction of two 150-seat grandstands at Buffeljagsrivier Sports Facility is being procured. Bidders with CIDB contractor grading designation 2SL/2CE or higher and proven experience in structural steel fabrication, spectator seating, stadia or similar elevated public structures should bid (three reference letters/completion certificates and a schedule of work experience required; company or personnel must have at least three years of relevant experience).

Requirements

• CIDB 2SL/2CE or higher
• Attend compulsory site inspection
• Provide 3 reference letters/completion certificates for similar work in the last 5 years and complete the schedule of work experience
• Company or personnel in full-time employment must have ≥3 years’ experience in structural steel fabrication, spectator seating, stadia or comparable elevated structures
• Tax Compliance Status PIN required; non-refundable bid document deposit; sealed tender submission; 84-day validity
