Overview

Design and installation of a carbon online CEGRIT sampler at Lethabo Power Station for a period of two years. This Eskom construction tender seeks engineering/construction firms with CEGRIT/Fly-Ash sampling system design, installation and commissioning capabilities, and mandates compliance with Eskom’s tender conditions (auditable QMS, local content and integrity declarations, mandatory returnables). Requirements

• Auditable QMS (Mandatory Technical Evaluation)
• Demonstrable experience in CEGRIT/Fly Ash sampling system design, engineering and manufacturing capability
• Engineering design capability; Manufacturing and Quality capability
• Local content and CPA compliance (Annexures C–G) and related CPAs
• Completion of mandatory tender returnables and SBD forms (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4) and Tax Evaluation questionnaire
• Eligibility: no sanctions/restrictions, no conflicts of interest, not on tender defaulters list
• Functionality threshold: 70% (CEGRIT/Fly Ash experience 30; Engineering design 50; Manufacturing/Quality 20)
