Overview

RFQ for design and printing of merchandise and marketing materials for the Castle Control Board (Castle of Good Hope). Bidders should have experience in graphic design, large-format printing, branded merchandise, and related production capabilities, with proven references and capacity to deliver multiple item types.

Requirements

• Pre-qualification documents: SBD 1, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pricing Schedule, attached detailed quotation, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, SBD 8, SBD 9, Central Supplier Database (CSD) report, company registration, B-BBEE certificate, and minimum 12 reference letters.
• Compliance: tax compliance, CSD verification, and adherence to PPPFA/80/20 framework; no fronting.
• References: minimum 12 letters, not older than 3 months; willingness to provide demonstrations/presentations if short-listed.
• Pricing: complete Pricing Schedule; separate comprehensive cost list for all listed products; VAT where applicable.
• Scope readiness: capacity to supply all listed merchandise items (banners, backdrops, banners, gazebos, tumblers, keychains, apparel, bags, puzzles, business cards, etc.) per specified specs.
• Bid validity: proposals valid for 90 days from closing date.

• Prepare a comprehensive proposal addressing all functionality criteria, along with evidence of ability to meet scope and deliverables; include at least three favorable references.
• Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8, 9; plus Pricing Schedule and Central Supplier Database proof.
