DESIGN AND PRINTING OF THE USHAKA MARINE WORLD ANNUAL REPORT. RFQ SZ41 invites service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database and eThekwini Supplier Portal to design, layout, print and bind 20 copies of Ushaka Marine World’s A4 annual report (about 190 pages) in full color, with a 400gsm cover and 170gsm text stock; relevant experience in annual reports and print production is required.

Requirements

• Mandatory admin/compliance: latest CSD registration (CSD report); fully completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); offer on company letterhead; one sample of printed annual reports; tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN; SARS TCS for foreign bidders if applicable; JVs/consortia must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party. • Tax and registrations: tax clearance or TCS PIN; CSD number if no TCS; pre-award questionnaire for foreign suppliers; BBBEE non-mandatory certificate if applicable.
• Production specs to meet: A4, full color; stock: cover 400gsm Magno Satin, text 170gsm Magno Satin; finishing: collated, trimmed, thread sewn; quantity: 20 copies; page limit: ±190.
