DESIGN AND SUPPLY TRANSFORMER CORES AND SHUNTS FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS AT ERI

Overview

Procurement of design and supply transformer cores and shunts for a 5-year period at ERI. Eskom invites bidders with capabilities in electrical equipment design, transformer components manufacture, ISO 9001-based QMS and SHE compliance to bid for the design and supply of transformer cores and shunts for Eskom ERI over five years.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management System with evidence: Quality Plan, Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and QMS for supplier and sub-suppliers.
• Post-contract QA: contract execution, supplier quality performance monitoring, and supplier quality audits.
• SHE and health and safety compliance: adhere to Eskom Contractor Health and Safety Requirements (32-136), SHE Rules, inductions, Permits to Work, and contractor management; Annexure B acknowledgement.
• Tender returnables: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 and attach Annexures A–J, Tax Questionnaire; CIDB/CSDG where applicable; local content declarations if designated materials.
• Clarification/Scope: design and supply of transformer cores and shunts for 5 years; non-compulsory clarification meeting (19 Oct 206) via Teams.
