Overview

This tender seeks a contractor to design, layout and placement of advertisement, social media buying and media monitoring for Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. Suitable bidders are advertising/media agencies with capabilities in creative design, media buying and media monitoring, and who are registered on the NMBM supplier database. The briefing is non-mandatory: 14 August 2026 at 6th Floor, Kwantu Towers, Govan Mbeki.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the NMBM supplier database (phone 041-5063274/3266 to register).
• Submit bids on the official stamped bid documentation; not re-typed or copied; proof of payment for the tender fee required.
• Tender fee: R869.02 (proof of payment must be provided).
• Validity period: 90 days.
• Briefing/clarification: non-compulsory session on 14 August 2026, 6th Floor, Kwantu Towers, Govan Mbeki, 10:00.
• Preference: Council reserves right not to consider tenders from non-registered or non-qualified bidders and to select as per SCM policy.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 10 September 2026, by 11:00.
• Submission method: sealed envelopes, clearly stating contract number and description, delivered to SCM tender boxes at Harrower Road, North End, Gqeberha, or 17 Sellick Street, Kariega (8:00–16:00 on weekdays). Tenders opened publicly shortly after 11:00.
• Documents to submit: official bid forms supplied by the Municipality (not re-typed/copied); include proof of tender fee payment.
