Overview

Procurement of the design, manufacture, supply and installation of corporate frosted glass branding for identified municipal offices. Matatiele Local Municipality invites turnkey branding providers with capabilities in design, fabrication of frosted vinyl branding for glass, site measurements, and professional installation, aligned to existing corporate branding standards. Bidders should have experience in delivering similar interior branding projects and comply with municipal procurement rules and tax/registration requirements.

Requirements

• Turnkey capability: design, manufacture and professional installation matching existing branding (material, finish, colour, layout).
• Compliance and registrations: proof of CSD registration or equivalent, original Tax Clearance, SARS PIN/TCS where applicable; completion of required MBD forms (e.g., MBD 2, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and Schedule A/B; Ethics Commitment; Joint Venture documentation if applicable.
• Contract and quality: minimum 12-month warranty, packaging and protection of branding, minimal disruption during installation, and ownership of artwork/files transferred to the Municipality on completion.
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 PPPFA with HDI, youth, women, disability and rural enterprise goals; provide documentary evidence for claims.
• Documentation completeness: pricing schedule, signed contract forms (MBD 7.1), and past experience details.
