Requirements

• CK company registration documents
• Certified copies of company owner(s) ID books (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of municipal rates not owing for more than 3 months or formal lease/letter from traditional authority for non-ratable areas (for entity and directors)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report and registration
• Bidders must be registered on CSD; certified copies alone are not acceptable
• Bids must be completed, signed by an authorized person, sealed, and remain valid for 90 days; late, incomplete or non-compliant bids will be disqualified
