Overview

Design, supply and delivery of 3D printed models of renewable energy technology. Bidders with 3D modelling/printing capabilities and experience in educational/renewable-energy models should consider bidding. Requirements include CSD registration, BBBEE, tax clearance, and signing Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) (RFQ documents).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report.
• Ability to claim Specific Goals under 80/20 or 90/10 Preferential Procurement, including HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE status, and SMME promotion.
• Fully signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and submission of all required documents (tax pin, BBBEE, CSD) (RFQ documents).
• Delivery to ARC Institute at ARC-NRE, 141 Cresswell Road, Weavindpark, Pretoria.
• Final design must be ARC-approved before 3D printing; minimum 6-month warranty; evidence of relevant experience; samples/portfolio may be requested (ISC01REQ003430_20260608185346.pdf).
• Quotes must be in ZAR, VAT inclusive, on official letterhead; purchase orders will govern; ARC may conduct due diligence and benchmark prices (RFQ documents).
