Overview

Procurement of twenty (20) lockable-wheel flight cases for Fargo HDP 6600 printer, to be designed, supplied and delivered to Pretoria. Service providers must submit their designs with the quotation for evaluation (special condition). Suitable bidders are flight-case manufacturers or suppliers with end-to-end capability to design, foam-line interior, and deliver to Joe Nhlanhla Avenue, Rietvlei, Pretoria. Must meet SA tax, CSD and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Design and supply of twenty flight cases with wheels, lockable, foam-lined, with wheel-lock stands on top to allow stacking.
• Special condition: submit design proposals with the quotation (for evaluation) (RFQ Form doc).
• Required certifications/compliance: Tax Clearance Certificate, CSD Report, BBBEE Certificate (or sworn affidavit).
• Tax/registration and safety: Tax compliance status (SARS PIN or TCS), CSD number if no TCS, certificate of good standing with the Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and Health and Safety file where applicable.
• Procurement rules: compliance with PPPFA/PPP Regulations, GCC, SBD forms (e.g., SBD 4); 80/20 evaluation (Price 80, BBBEE 20); ability to sign a contract (SBD7).
