Overview

Design, supply, and install executive office furniture and soft finishes on an as-and-when-required basis for twelve (12) months. Eligible bidders include furniture designers/manufacturers and interior fit-out specialists with capability to deliver in Gauteng; must align with Eskom/NTCSA quality, environmental, and local-content requirements.

Requirements

• Returnable documents at tender closing: Basic Compliance, Authorisation, Acknowledgement, Tenderer’s particulars, Integrity Declaration, SBD 6.2, SBD 1, JV if applicable, tax clearance, and Local Content declarations. (Annexures listed in ITT)
• Compliance standards: Supplier Quality Management per ISO 9001 and Eskom QMS guidance; Environmental requirements; post-contract SHEQ obligations; and adherence to Eskom’s environmental and safety frameworks.
