Overview

Majuba TVET College invites bids for two services: CO 26/06 C – DESIGN, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING, INDUSTRY INTEGRATION AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF TWO 4IR SMART CENTRES; and CO 26/15 O – APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AGENT FOR THE RENOVATION OF DRAKENSBERG LODGE. The process includes mandatory site visits, and bids close in July and August 2026.

Requirements

• Bid on the official Bill of Quantities; complete in all respects and supply all information as stipulated.
• Submit via the Majuba tender box in a sealed envelope, addressed with the topic and reference; include company name and address on the back.
• Provide all information requested in the tender documents to qualify for evaluation.
• Tender documents available from Majuba TVET College Central Office (Newcastle); no late tenders accepted.
• Tender documents issued only on receipt of proof of payment (R500 per document, electronic format).
• Banking details and administrative enquiries are provided in the advert.

• Site meetings (mandatory):
  • CO 26/06 C: 15 July 2026, 10:00, ITB Campus Newcastle and Dundee; late arrivals not admitted.
  • CO 26/15 O: 14 July 2026, 11:00, Drakensberg Lodge; same arrival rule.
• Clarifications deadline: 15 July 2026 for CO 26/06 C.
• Tender closing: CO 26/06 C by 12:00 on 23 July 2026; CO 26/15 O by 12:00 on 3 August 2026.
• Documents to obtain: Tender documents (R500 each); available by email from 03 July 2026 (CO 26/06 C) and 03 July 2026 (CO 26/15 O) until respective close dates; send proof of payment to peggy.mazibuko@majuba.edu.za.
• Submission method: Place tenders in the Majuba TVET College Tender Box at Central Office, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle; sealed envelopes clearly showing topic and reference.
