Overview

Design, Supply, Install and Refurbish Solar Photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage System in Gauteng Cluster - Microgrid Storage Containers on an as-and-when-required basis for 5 years. Eskom invites an open construction tender for EPC-type delivery of PV/BESS microgrid storage containers in Gauteng, with potential multiple contracts (1–10) to top-ranked bidders under PPPFA/CIDB rules (per ITT and standard conditions).

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data; not under restrictions to do business with Eskom/State-Owned Companies; no 100% subcontracting.
• CIDB: valid registration at closing or capable to register within 21 working days; proof required at closing for CIDB where applicable.
• Compliance: adhere to National Treasury PPPFA, B-BBEE, COIDA, OHS, SHEQ; provide SHEQ proof.
• SDL&I Undertaking: completed and submitted by contract award.
• Documentation: submit mandatory SBD forms, CPA/local content declarations, and Pricing Schedule (PDF) plus Excel copy; annexures A–F attached in ITT.
• Pricing: rates in Rand, fixed for contract duration; include duties/taxes; price evaluation per Tender Data.
• Security: indicate two financial institutions for performance security.
• Cataloguing/labeling (if required) and labelling per Eskom specs; provide cataloguing data if needed.
