Overview

Procurement of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of high‑efficiency VRV/VRF air‑conditioning units in the airside corridors beyond boarding gates at O.R. Tambo International Airport. Target bidders: CIDB contractor grading of 7ME or higher (or higher via Regulation 25); joint ventures allowed if each party is CIDB‑registered and meets aggregate requirements. Scope covers HVAC design, supply, installation, commissioning and integration across multiple bridge locations over about 24 months.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 7ME or higher; joint ventures allowed with conditions.
• Each JV member must be CIDB‑registered; lead partner meets ME class or equivalent; combined rating meets tendered value.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; if not available, CSD number acceptable; separate TCS for each JV member.
• Complete and submit on official forms; no alternatives; adhere to GCC/PPPFA where applicable.
• Insurance and safety as per contract data (EC3 ECC3 structure); fixed pricing (no price adjustments).
