Requirements

• South Africa-based company with proof of registration; valid tax clearance; CSD supplier number; CIDB 1SF.
• Relevant fire suppression system certifications; demonstrated competency in clean-agent systems; local Gauteng technical support; replacement parts and emergency call-out capability.
• Evidence of at least three completed automatic fire suppression installations; client references.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months.
• All quotes on PDF, on company letterhead; include MBD forms (Declaration of Interest, SCM practices, Bid Determination), and a signed CV/portfolio of similar projects; no RFQ from state servants or blacklisted entities.
• Scope requires a complete design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, certification and handover; adherence to SA standards (SANS, NFPA 2001) and EMS approvals.
• Mandatory site briefing (where applicable) and site inspection recommended; brand names required where stated; total price must include all taxes.
