Overview

Procurement of designing, development, integration and maintenance of a birth and death notification registry module in the Health Information Exchange for RMNCAH, with disease surveillance early warning signs and linkage to civil registration services. Suitable bidders are ICT systems integrators and health-IT vendors with experience in health information exchange, system integration, civil-registration interfaces, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; non-corruption declarations; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility criteria: no debarment, no conflict of interest, JV rules if applicable, and tax compliance where required.
• National content and registration: foreign bidders must meet local-content requirements; registration with Kenyan authorities as defined; foreign inputs sourcing rules.
• Information System eligibility and conformity: country-of-origin declarations, Preliminary Project Plan, integration responsibilities, item-by-item responsiveness to technical requirements; list major subcontractors where applicable.
