Overview

Develop and Design CAWIS System and Support Services for Statistics South Africa. Bidders should have IT/software development, systems design/integration, and ongoing support capabilities suitable for government procurement.

Requirements

• Tax and supplier compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or equivalent (TCS) and/or CSD number; submit as required (SBD1/SBD3.1).
• Registrations and BBBEE: provide VAT status if applicable; submit CSD/MAAA details and B-BBEE status verification or sworn affidavit (SBD1).
• Bidder disclosures: complete SBD4, declaring employment by an organ of state, relationships with staff, and interests in related enterprises; disclose all active CSD-linked entities (SBD4).
