Requirements

How to Apply

• Attend pre-bid meeting: 17 June 2026, 10:00 at Malindi Airport. (see document)
• Submit online by 25 June 2026 at 11:00 (login credentials required; contact tenders@kaa.go.ke if not in the KAA system at least 3 days before closing). Attach Technical Proposal in the Technical Rfx Response system (Tech Bid) and Financial Proposal on the Price Submission Screen. (see document)
• All prices in Kenya shillings; prices fixed for the lease term; tender validity as specified in the TDS. Tender documents must be serialized.
• Tender documents may require Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV Agreement if applicable, and proof of eligibility/conformity (Section IV and III). Documents establishing eligibility, conformity, and ownership controls must be provided.
