Overview

Development, implementation, maintenance and support of GDARD Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) digital surveillance, case management and communication system using Survey123 and web-based platforms. The project covers end-to-end FMD surveillance, case management and public communication, integrating field data capture (Survey123), dashboards, a public portal, and alerting (email/SMS). Suitable bidders include IT/software development, GIS/data management, veterinary/public-health IT providers with experience in Survey123, dashboards, web portals and POPIA/compliance. Requirements

• End-to-end system: data capture (Survey123), case management, outbreak tracing, dashboards, public portal, and alerts.
• Real-time dashboards and reporting; exportable to Excel/Word as needed.
• Data governance: validation, cleaning, secure storage, central repository; POPIA/ICT compliance.
• User access: RBAC, audit trails; security and privacy controls.
• Communication: automated emails/SMS to farmers and stakeholders.
• Training and change management; SOPs and user aids.
