Requirements

• Accreditation with SACAP or relevant boards
• Valid full CSD proof of registration

• Completion and signing of all mandatory MBD documents (MBD1-9)
• Signed confirmation that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
• Proof of VAT registration (where applicable) and ability to include VAT in pricing
• Demonstrated project experience and technical capacity aligned to architectural design and BOQ deliverables
• Site meetings: attendance details to be confirmed (site meetings will be reflected in adverts if compulsory)
