Overview

DF 04/2026: Appointment of a panel of stationery suppliers for the supply and delivery of stationery for a period of two years. Open-tender by Alfred Duma Local Municipality. How to Apply

• Submission method: Sealed bids in the bid box at Ground Floor, Lister Clarence Building, 221 Murchison Street, Ladysmith; no fax or email submissions.
• Documents to complete/submit: Returnable bid documents including Form of Bid, Tax Clearance (MBD 2), Declaration of Interest (MBD 4), Preference Points (MBD 6.1) and related forms; include BBBEE, CSD, rates, etc. as specified in the tender pack.
• Pre-qualifications: Ensure tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE documentation, municipal rate/water statements, and any CIDB requirements (where applicable).
