Overview

Procurement of packaged dignity packs (sanitary pads, soap, toothpaste, body spray, etc.) for outreach to displaced persons/homeless, to be supplied and delivered to a shelter. Suitable bidders are suppliers of hygiene products, packaging and delivery services, who are registered with the City of Johannesburg supplier database and able to deliver to 3 Kotze Street Shelter. Requirements

• Proof of company registration; tax clearance or SARS PIN; VAT status.
• Registration on the City’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the E-Vendor Portal; provide vendor numbers.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed forms A–J and related declarations (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9, etc.).
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance; delivery and off-loading capabilities; prices VAT-exclusive and firm for the required period.
• Forward exchange rate cover if pricing is currency-based.
