Overview

Provision of disaster centre server room network cabling refresh, cabinet relocation and CAT6 network point installations. Ugu District Municipality invites bids from ICT/network infrastructure contractors experienced in data‑centre cabling and related cabling/relocation works. A compulsory briefing is planned for 16 October 2026 at 10:00 (Disaster Centre and UGU Sports and Leisure) (see REQ27124-SEVER-ROOM-NETWORK-CABLING.pdf). Closing is 20 October 2026 at 12:00; bids must be sealed and deposited in the tender box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3, Oslo Beach (see same document). Requirements

• Complete and submit the official bid documents (MBD1 Part A & B, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and comply with GCC and any applicable special conditions.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; provide separate TCS for consortium/partners where applicable.
• Provide copies of CIPC registration, certified IDs for directors/owners, and proof of municipal services (water account/ lease/SAPS affidavit) as required; attach proof for any specific goals claimed.
• Complete all MBD forms and declarations; disclose any relationships with state employees and comply with anti-corruption provisions.
• Compulsory goal-claims documentation (ownership, local enterprise, other specific goals) as per PPPFA 2022.
• Ensure quotes are valid for 30 days from closing date.
