DISPOSAL OF AIRCRAFTS

Overview

Disposal of three idle aircraft assets by Moi University, inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders to purchase the aircrafts. The assets are three specific aircraft listed in the tender, offered for sale in AS IS condition. Suitable bidders include aircraft traders, asset-disposal specialists, or entities experienced in purchasing surplus transport equipment. Viewing is allowed, and bidders must meet compliance requirements and provide necessary registration/tax/ethics documentation.

Requirements

• Tax compliance certificate or tax exemption from Kenya Revenue Authority
• Certificate of Registration/Incorporation for companies or National ID for individuals
• Completed Form of Tender and Schedule of Items and Prices
• Confidential Business Questionnaire Form
• Tender Deposit Commitment Declaration Form
• Self-Declaration SD1 and SD2
• Declaration and Commitment to the Code of Ethics
• Evidence of tender deposits for the items (per the Schedule)
• Compliance with viewing, payment, and collection terms (AS IS, viewing hours, deposits)

• Submission method: Hard-copy sealed tenders delivered to the Tender Box on Ground Floor, Administration & Senate Building, Moi University, Eldoret; electronic tenders not permitted
• Documents to submit (use from the tender package): Form of Tender, Schedule of Items and Prices, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Tender Deposit Declaration, SD1/SD2, Code of Ethics declaration, tax clearance, and registration documents (and deposit receipts)
• Pre-qualifications: Not be debarred; tax compliant; provide registration/incorporation documents; confirm ethics declarations
• Viewing and inspection: Available at Moi University locations listed in the invitation; items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT guarantees
