Overview

Disposal of Municipal Properties by Blue Crane Route Municipality. Bids are invited for the disposal of municipal properties under tender T21/2026. This is an Open-Tender; documents can be downloaded from www.bcrm.gov.za. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and description and delivered to the Bid Box at 67 Nojoli Street, Somerset East, by 12:00 on 16 October 2026. The municipality will evaluate 80/20 (price vs. specific HDI/locality goals).

Requirements

• Certificate of Good Standing from the bidder’s local municipality.
• Complete all tender forms and data sheets; submit all supplementary information (Section 4.4 Authority of Signatory).
• For residential plots: certify identity document (issued within 3 months; original stamp/signature).
• For companies bidding on industrial erven: submit CIPC registration documents.
• Church erven require Church Constitution.
• Residential plots awarded only to individuals; industrial erven may award more than one plot.
• VAT must be included in bids; late, faxed, emailed, or non-compliant tenders will not be accepted.

• Submission method: sealed envelope placed in the Bid Box at 67 Nojoli Street, Somerset East (document reference).
• Documents to submit: completed tender forms and data sheets, Section 4.4 Authority of Signatory, VAT indication, identification or CIPC/constitution as applicable, and any supplementary information.
