Overview

Provision of professional town planning services for the DOJ&CD Delmas Magistrate Court project: Consolidation and Rezoning of Erven 622, 623, 630, 629, 624, 628, 625, 626 and 627 Delmas Extension 5; open to town planning practices with SACPLAN-registered principals and CSD registration. Bidders should be town/regional planning practices with SACPLAN-registered professionals and the ability to provide a lead planner plus supporting specialists.

Requirements

• Town/Regional planning practice owned and controlled by SACPLAN-registered professionals; or a multi-disciplinary practice under supervised town planning, with key professionals registered as required.
• Copies of SACPLAN registrations for all principals mentioned in the tender data; include registration numbers.
• At least one registered professional planner listed as a Key Person; include their registration/documents.
• Lead Professional Planner (SACPLAN) with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
• Compulsory team composition: Lead Professional Planner, Professional Land Surveyor (SAGC/PLATO), Professional Conveyancer (LPC), and Professional Civil Engineer/Technologist (ECSA); CVs and IDs required.
• Returnable documents: DPW-09 (PSB) with project particulars; Activity Schedule (C2.2.2 or C2.2.3); proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance; proof of professional registrations; company organogram and CVs.
• National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; insert supplier number on Form of Offer.
• Ability to comply with DPW-21 (Record of Addenda) and, if applicable, completed consent/ownership forms (PA-15 series) for JV/consortia.
• BBBEE/Preference compliance: SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; 51% black ownership (or other specific goals if applicable); complete PA-16.1 (Ownership Particulars). See 80/20 preference regime for bids up to R50M (or 90/10 if value dictates).
• Attendance at any compulsory bid clarification (if applicable) and disclosure forms (Bidder’s Disclosure, DPW-16.1, etc.).
