Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery and replacement of wash water pipes at Driefontein Works (Muldersdrift) for City of Johannesburg Water. This construction tender targets contractors with piping/mechanical installation expertise (80mm–100mm SS304 piping, flanged fittings, gaskets, bolts/nuts, labour, transport) and compliance with safety and PPPFA requirements. A mandatory site briefing and visit are required.

Requirements

• Full completion of BOQ/Spec, and attendance at compulsory site briefing.
• All quotes on company letterhead, in PDF, including necessary attachments (datasheets, references, certifications).
• CSD registration (supplier number) and valid tax clearance.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compliant); 60-day validity.
• Not in the service of the state; not on tender defaulter/restricted supplier lists.
• JV agreement if applicable; compliance with GCC/PPPF regulations; no brand-name omissions where required.
• Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all taxes; MBD forms (MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) completed; POPIA consents where required.
• Municipal rates arrears must not be older than 90 days; lease/municipal accounts verifications as applicable.
