Overview

GAAL invites bids for an E-learning training program for ARFFS personnel, delivering Fire Instructor 1 NFPA 1041 and Fire Inspector 1 NFPA 1021 training to 8 learners via e-learning, to meet SACAA compliance. The bidder must have SAQA (unit-standard) or SAESI accreditation, SACAA accreditation, and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Requirements

• The service: e-learning training for Fire Instructor 1 NFPA 1041 (8 learners); Fire Inspector 1 NFPA 1021 scope appears in the RFQ.
• Administrative/compliance must-haves: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, full CSD report, proof of address, medical certificate, SAQA/SAESI/SACAA accreditations, pricing schedule, SAQA/SAESI/SACAA certificates.
• Qualifications: SAQA unit-standard or SAESI accreditation; SACAA accreditation; CSD registration; SAQA/SAESI/SACAA documentation attached.
• Tax/tender compliance: SARS PIN or TCS (Tax Compliance); CSD number if no TCS; no state-service employment conflicts.
• Evaluation: Gate 0 (administrative) and Gate 1 (price vs. goals) with 80/20 (price) and 20 (specific goals).
• Due diligence/conditions: GAAL may conduct supplier due diligence; right to negotiate post-award; standard bid terms and confidentiality.
