Overview

Construction works for Eskom Holdings SOC Limited (Tender E2829GXMPHEN) requiring qualified construction contractors to bid. • SDL&I obligations: penalties for non-compliance (1.5% of contract value), 1.5% retention, quarterly SDL&I reporting, and an SDL&I Implementation Schedule due 28 days after award (SDL&I Strategy Set) (SDL&I Strategy Setting Template 240-148918142 Rev 4).
• SDL&I and BBBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit as applicable; 30-day BBBEE Improvement Plan; local content targets; job creation and skills development commitments (SDL&I documents).
