Overview

Hiring of portable toilet facilities and applicable servicing at various sites in the Western Cape on an as and when required basis. Eskom invites open proposals (RFP) for a three-year term per NEC3 data, with electronic submission due 21 July 2026 at 10:00. A non-mandatory clarification meeting is on 9 July 2026 via MS Teams. Tender documents are accessed through Eskom’s Tender Bulletin/e-tendering site (https://www.eskom.co.za/tenders/).

Requirements

• A quality management system based on ISO 9001 (per Eskom Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000, Rev 3).
• Compliance with Eskom environmental/SHEQ requirements and related references (32-727 SHEQ policy, etc.).
• Eligibility: no sanctions; not restricted from doing business with Eskom; CIDB registration and capacity considerations.
• Complete and submit all required SBD forms and annexures (at least Annexures A–J listed in 1.1.1–1.1.15); pricing in PDF and Excel; no 100% subcontracting.
• Complete pre-qualification documentation: PAYE tax questionnaire, NDA, Integrity Pact, and related supplier disclosures.
• Local content / CPA requirements as applicable.
• Addenda, clarifications, and contract terms loaded in the Technical Folder of the Eskom Tender Bulletin.
