Overview

Ash Giant Mixer Conditioner Refurbishment at Matimba Power Station for a five-year, as-and-when-required period. Eskom invites tenders for a NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) to refurbish Ash Giant Mixer Condensers, targeting professional services with heavy-plant refurbishment capability and site-operations experience. Bidders should have engineering/refurbishment capacity and be able to operate under Eskom’s procurement and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Proven capability in refurbishment of ash-handling plant equipment or equivalent heavy mechanical works; - Compliance with Eskom Supplier Quality Management (ISO 9001-based) including Contract Quality Plan/ITP and Quality Control Plan (QCP/ITP) requirements (see 240-105658000); - CIDB registration and eligibility; - Completion of Eskom PAYE/tax questionnaire, local-content declarations, and other SBDs (1, 4, 6.1, 6.2) as applicable; - Local content and CPA/ILO declarations where required; - Electronic tender submissions via Eskom E- tendering (PDFs with a PDF price list and an Excel copy); - Attending pre-bid/site processes to understand scope (on request) and complying with Eskom OHS/SHEQ requirements (Annex B; Supplier Quality documents).
