Overview

The supply and delivery of whole or part of the scope for various Control and Instrumentation consumables & components at Koeberg Operating Unit for a period of 1 year. Bidders should be suppliers of C&I hardware, instrumentation, sensors, and related components for nuclear plant operations, with compliance to Eskom procurement rules (CSD registration, tax clearance, integrity and safety/quality controls, and local-content considerations where applicable).

Requirements

• CSD registration and proof (and CIDB where applicable – note: CIDB is not applicable for this contract).
• Tax clearance/ PAYE verification requirements for SA entities and tax-related documentation for foreign suppliers.
• Complete mandatory returnables (SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, etc.) and Annexures A–L as specified.
• Integrity and safety requirements: Supplier Integrity Pact, COIDA good standing, and adherence to Eskom GCOP terms.
• Quality/technical prerequisites: relevant quality requirements and evidence, including cataloguing where required, and delivery readiness with labelling per Eskom specifications.
• Pricing schedule: PDF and Excel formats; pricing evaluated with price and goal-specific criteria; minimum 70% for functionality.
• Additional: CPA/local-content declarations where applicable; latest financial statements for financial viability; CIDB proof if required; safety/environmental/financial due diligence documents as specified.
