Overview

The supply and delivery of electrical consumables and components for the Koeberg Operating Unit for a period of 1 year (framework). Bidder should have strong nuclear-safety quality credentials (e.g., Nuclear Suppliers Level 2 QMS) and be able to supply within Eskom’s safety and quality expectations for safety-critical electrical items, including OEM Certificate of Conformance and documentation aligned with DSG specifications.

Requirements

• Evidence of a Quality Management System that meets Nuclear Suppliers Level 2 requirements (refer 238-102), including ISO 9001:2015 (Certified or Conformance), ASME NQA-1, and IAEA GSR Part 2, plus a formal QA program and the ability to implement CQMP, QADP and QCP; sub-supplier qualification/monitoring.
• ISO 9001:2015 for manufacturer with conformance as applicable; provision of data packs and quality records (QADP), Contract Quality Management Plan (CQMP, ISO 10005), Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).
• Documentation and certificates: Company Information Form (238-122); DSG specs (e.g., DSG-311-104, DSG-312-085, DSG-315-198, DSG-317-094); OEM Certificate of Conformance.
• Compliance framework: RD-0034, IAEA/ASME/Nuclear QA references as specified in the attached Supplier Quality Management System Requirements (238-769T Rev 2).
