Overview

The contract is for the Design and Construction of Infrastructure & Superstructure Works including Electrification for the Eastern Türkiye Middle Corridor Railway Development Project (ETMIC), delivered as a design-build, two-envelope RFP across three lots. Open to all eligible proposers under World Bank IPF Regulations; international competition is allowed.

• bid securities: LOT 1 USD 2,500,000; LOT 2 USD 2,750,000; LOT 3 USD 2,750,000
• required documents: Local Labour Method Statement; Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form; RFP document fee payment of TL 10,000; payment receipt; English RFP
• other: proposals may cover one or more lots; read-only RFP available on the Employer site; full RFP delivered by email or download after payment
