Overview

Supply and Delivery of Oil to Air Capacitive Bushings for a period of four years. The procurement targets suppliers of electrical components and insulating oil, with a mandatory ISO 9001-based quality management system and Eskom’s Supplier Quality Management requirements. Bidders should be able to manage sub-suppliers and respond via Eskom’s E-Tendering portal.

Requirements

• Valid ISO 9001 certificate from an accredited body and a formal QMS aligned to Eskom spec 240-105658000 QM58.
• Complete and sign Form A (Form A: Tender & Contract Quality Requirements for Supplier Quality Management) and submit with tender returnables (240-12248652).
• Develop, implement, maintain and improve a QMS, including Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and Quality Control Plan/ITP, with sub-supplier CQPs where applicable.
• Provide documentation of QA activities: internal/external audits, management reviews, records, and evidence of continuous improvement.
• Allow Eskom access for rights of information, audits, inspections, hold/witness points, preservation, and related QA activities, including sub-supplier oversight.
• Post-contract: supplier quality performance monitoring, regular quality reviews, and monthly reports.
