ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS AT MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS

Overview

Electrical maintenance and repairs at municipal buildings for a period of 3 years is being procured for Cape Agulhas Municipality. Bidders should be contractors with CIDB grading 3EB or 2EB PE, registered on the Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) and with a valid Tax Compliance PIN, and able to comply with the municipality's SCM policy and 80/20 procurement rules. • Attendance at a compulsory virtual briefing on 21 October 2026 (via Microsoft Teams); register by 20 October 16:00
• Tender documents to be submitted on Municipality-issued forms in a sealed envelope; include tender number, description and closing date
• Two-stage bidding process: functionality evaluation followed by price/preference evaluation
• Proof of ability to obtain bid documents (non-refundable bid document fee) and submission via the specified tender box or postal address
