Overview

ACSA is procuring an end-to-end Electronics Campaign for CHARGED – Power Your Tech. Own Your Journey across ORTIA, CTIA and KSIA, including creative concepting, production, activation stands, digital assets, campaign management, and related engagement mechanisms. Bidders should be marketing/activation agencies with at least 5 years’ experience and proven campaigns. (RFQ RFQ 54426 PDF)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a marketing/advertising/activation agency; submit at least 2 previous campaigns.
• Three contactable reference letters/completion certificates from previous clients.
• Creative campaign concept with execution plan, clear timelines and delivery plan for all three airports.
• Returnable documents: SBD 3.3 (priced offer), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, tax/compliance docs (Tax PIN, SARS status), CSD number, VAT questionnaire, and ACSA terms. (RFQ sections 2, 4, 5)
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; update if needed; ensure tax affairs are in order.
• Security/vetting: potential security vetting as per NPK requirements.
• Validity: quotation must remain valid for 120 business days.
• Price/Preference: evaluated on 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) with a 70/100 functionality minimum threshold. (RFQ)
