• JV Agreement signed (if applicable) and apportionment of JV
• Tender document completed in full using hand and black permanent ink
• Bills of Quantities completed in full with 15% VAT
• Proof of tender document purchase in bidding entity’s name
• CIPC certificates and certified IDs for all members
• Non-cash payments; proof of payment required for document collection
• Non-refundable bid deposit of R450.00 (proof of deposit); bank details below
