• Capacity to provide 5 x 65-seater coaches to transport 300 students (East London → Alice 15:00, 25 Sept 2026; return 07:00)
• Compliance with UFH SCM policy; quotes must be submitted by the closing date; cheapest quote not automatically accepted
• Price declaration and BBEE: complete price declaration; claim BBEE status; submit required SBD forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) and related contractual documents as applicable
