• Prices in Kenya Shillings; completeness of the priced Bill of Quantities.
• Site/clarification process and potential pre-tender/site visit (as per tender documents).

How to Apply

• Obtain and prepare tender documents (Form of Tender, priced BOQ, technical proposal, JV documents if applicable) and submit in the format in the tender documents (see Tender document kapkurongo pri.pdf).
• Include the necessary authorizations, JV agreements or letters of intent, and the tender security.
• Prepare one original and required copies; clearly mark as ORIGINAL and COPIES (and any alternatives if permitted) (see ITT 20, 21).
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-02 at 14:00. Submit in sealed envelope to the Procuring Entity, with the required internal envelopes for ORIGINAL, COPIES, and any alternative tenders (see ITT 21).
• Submission method: hard copy in a sealed packet; electronic submission permitted only if stated in the TDS (see ITT 22.1).
