Overview

Procurement of works to erect and complete 2 classrooms at Kimama Primary School. Contractors with building/civil works experience should bid; eligible firms include local Kenyan contractors, registered as required, with potential Joint Ventures as permitted. Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and a declared non-corruption stance (plus Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Eligibility, qualifications, and conflict-of-interest checks (per ITT 3; JV rules apply if forming a JV).
• Foreign bidders: at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens (with evidence).
• National Construction Authority registration required before contract signature (not a tender condition) and tax compliance certificate.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration; documentation for JV if applicable.
