Overview

SAFCOL seeks a main contractor to erect 600m of chain-link fence at Maguada Primary School – Vuvha, Limpopo (construction RFQ). Bid on a fencing works contract requiring CIDB Grade 1 GB or higher, COIDA good standing, tax clearance, BBBEE verification (SANAS) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA registration, and director IDs. The project uses NEC4 ECCS terms and entails ~12 weeks of works within a 60-day bid validity window.

Requirements

• CIDB: Grade 1 GB or higher
• COIDA good standing
• Financial capacity: bank statement (not older than 1 week) or proof of funding
• Completion of 3 similar works references
• Equipment/NATIS documents; lease agreements if applicable
• CSD registration (or MAAA number)
• ID copies of company directors
• BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE)
• Company CK documents; SARS tax clearance
• Returnable SBD forms signed
• Local content and targeted Enterprise Development requirements (e.g., 51% Black Owned, 51% Black Youth Owned, 51% Owned by Disabilities)

Phase-based evaluation: Administrative Compliance, Mandatory Evaluation, then Price and Specific Goals; Specific Goals awarding up to 20 points (includes 51% Black Owned, Black Youth, People with Disabilities).
