Overview

The municipality seeks a service provider to supply and deliver fuel and lubricants for municipal fleet operations for a period of 36 months. Bidders with experience in fuel and lubricant supply for public sector fleets and the ability to support municipal fleet operations should bid.

Requirements

• Pay a non-refundable bid fee of R300 and obtain the bid documents from the municipality.
• Obtain bid documents from 17 September 2026; documents available weekdays 08h00–16h00 at Budget and Treasury, No. 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown.
• Submit completed bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid number SCM08/08/2026 and Project Name, deposited in the bid box by 12h00 on 06 October 2026 (bids opened publicly).
• Comply with PPPFA Act No. 5 of 2000 and the 2022 amendments (80/20 preference points; BBBEE 10; Specific Goals 10).
