Overview

Eskom Distribution Division is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to acquire 10,000 m2 of vacant land in the Moretele and Madibeng areas, Northwest Province, for a Customer Network Centre (CNC). Parties eligible to bid are property owners, developers, landlords, and authorized representatives within the specified areas who can supply land of at least 10 000 m2 with development potential for Eskom CNC use. Submissions are to be made electronically via Eskom E-tendering and should demonstrate suitability of the site for operational, administrative, storage and logistics needs.

Requirements

• Land size: minimum 10 000 m2; prefer sites near listed areas with access to public roads and transport.
• Provide existing zoning details and disclose any rezoning/consent use or land-use approvals required.
• Municipal infrastructure visibility: electricity, water, sewerage, stormwater, telecommunications, refuse, and other services; disclose availability and constraints.
• Topography: preference for level or gently sloping land suitable for development.
• Information to be supplied: location and site plans, land extent, utility capacities, title/zoning/approval status, availability date, proxy letter/proof of ownership, contact details and authority to sell, GPS coordinates, farm name, purchase price or terms, and contact details of authorized representative.
