Although the Regional Stabilization Facility (RSF) has improved security, restored essential infrastructure and services, strengthened local governance through Community Stabilization Committees (CSCs), and developed a government-adopted Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for infrastructure maintenance, these achievements remain vulnerable due to weak sustainability mechanisms. Key challenges include poor coordination between communities and government institutions, unclear management responsibilities, inadequate maintenance systems, limited technical and financial capacity, and insufficient participation of women and youth in infrastructure governance.
