Requirements

• Not resident in the district where QA work will be performed; no social-grants fraud conviction; not excluded from government service; not found guilty of HPCSA misconduct.
• Must be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant; provide SARS PIN or CSD details.
• Ability to analyze clinical information; able to handle QA across the region; confidentiality and POPI considerations.
• Must provide certified copies of qualifications (not older than 6 months), HPCSA certificate of good standing, and CVs; proposal must address required competencies (clinical expertise, data analysis, time management, people management, problem solving).
