Overview

Establishment of a panel of two registered service providers for minor repairs and maintenance (R&M) of inverters & PV systems for the Central University of Technology, Free State, for 36 months. This is an open, single-stage tender for specialised electrical/solar PV maintenance services. Bid must come from suitably qualified firms with inverter repair and PV system maintenance capabilities and the capacity to service CUT’s Bloemfontein and Welkom campuses. Note the option for empowerment-based award considerations stated by CUT.

Requirements

• Suitably qualified service providers with inverter and PV system R&M experience.
• Ability to service CUT Bloemfontein and Welkom campuses.
• Attendance at the mandatory online information session.
• Purchase of tender documents via PURCO SA (non-refundable R1,150, VAT included).
• Registration on the PURCO SA portal to access bidding and document submission.
• CUT reserves the right to award to an empowerment company or joint venture with an empowerment company.
