Overview

This tender seeks to establish a panel of contractors (CIDB grade 4 GB/CE/EB/EP/ME, PE to 9 GB/CE/EB/EP/ME) for capital works, major upgrades and refurbishments programmes for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis. Suitable bidders are service providers with CIDB registration in the specified grades and relevant built-environment experience, able to deliver multi-disciplinary capital works for housing-related programmes.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: G4 GB/CE/EB/EP/ME and PE to 9 GB/CE/EB/EP/ME.
• Experience in capital works, major upgrades and refurbishment programmes for the built environment.
• Pass Stage 3 Functionality: minimum 80 points (Stage 1 and 2 are mandatory/administrative).
• Tender validity: 120 days after closing date.
• Compliance with Standard Conditions of Tender and SCM Policy; due diligence may be conducted.
• Site briefing attendance and submission through specified process (compulsory).
